Five Star Certified

The Five Diamond Certification is the highest accreditation awarded to a central monitoring station  by the Central Station Alarm Association or CSAA.  The CSAA is a trade association which was  founded in 1950 that has been instrumental in establishing industry standards and protocols as well as serving membership interests and promoting  relationships within the law enforcement, insurance,  fire and medical communities.

There are over 2,700 central stations in the U.S., but less than 150 have met the stringent qualifications to be awarded Five Star accreditation.

Security Central's operators receive the highest level of training from our in-house Security Industry Association (SIA) certified trainer. Our training ensures all of our alarm handling operators are prepared for the rigorous central station environment, and continue to provide courteous and quality services to all of our dealers and their customers.

Regular classes ensure all operators remain well-trained for all situations, and advance with new technologies.

With two full time monitoring facilities, we load balance alarms and operators between both sites. Load balancing ensures that alarms are always delivered to an operator quickly with the highest quality service, even in the event disaster strikes.
